Deposits: A non-refundable and non-transferable $50.00 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This is deducted from your total service cost on the day.

Rescheduling: Please give 24 – 48hour notice if you need to change your appointment or your $50 deposit is forfeited.

No shows on the Day: Your $50 Deposit is forfeited. Late Arrivals: Must message me if you are 10 minutes late or a late fee of $10 will be charged.

Payments Available: EFTPOS is available with a 1.6% processing fee. Cash preferred to avoid processing fees.

Parking: Side street parking is available.

Extra Guests: Due to the COVID-19 risk, by law we must protect you, our staff and other clients therefore we can not allow any extra guests on premises. No children allowed in the workplace as the chemicals and sharp equipment are not suitable for kids.

Children: As the nature of the services provided requires you to have your eyes shut at all times, it is a high risk if you bring children into the workplace. Please be advised that if you arrive with an extra person, children or pet, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Refills: We do not refill over other artists work, you must book in a $30 removal with a new set.

Refills: If you have less than 40% of your lashes remaining it will be charged as a Full Set.

Reactions: Please notify me if you would like a patch test on the day. Glue or eyepad reactions can occur but are rare. Please contact me straight away if this happens. I am here to help you and can offer you a free removal.

Right the Refuse Sales: Phis Pretty Parlour reserves the right to refuse sales and service to anyone for any reason at any time. Any rude behaviour is not tolerated, any breached of this will result in refusal of service and instant BLACKLIST.

Promotions: Phi’s Pretty Parlour reserves the right to cancel any discounts, sales, specials, promotions, giveaways and offers at any time and decline service. Discounts, sales, specials, promotions, giveaways and offers are non-refundable, non-transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. Refunds We don’t do any refunds for any services that have been done as we have provided our best products, time, effort and service for you.
